What does a courier cost?
Costs for our courier and delivery services vary based on the size and weight of the item, the type of vehicle you require, how quickly you need it delivered and the distance from the pickup point to the delivery point. You can check our service charges above.
What is the largest parcel you can deliver?
For now, we only allow up to 3 kg. If you need to send a bigger parcel, please contact us on 01763018553.
Do you provide packaging?
Yes, we provide packaging and it is completely free. You do not have to pay for this.
How do I track my parcels?
Enter the tracking number in the box at the top of this page, or open the merchant dashboard to see every parcel and its current status at once.
What happens if a parcel is lost?
Call us directly and we will pay you the full amount of your goods.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver 7 days a week, and our delivery time is 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
How and when do I get paid?
Once your order is delivered, we pay you on the next day through bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
